30-day returns
Unused eligible items could be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging. The customer should request a return reference before sending an item.

Incorrect or damaged parts
A real customer should contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs. The retailer would arrange the appropriate replacement, collection or refund.
Non-returnable items
Installed, modified or contaminated parts may not be returnable unless faulty. Custom-made products and opened fluids may also be excluded where permitted by law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds would normally be returned to the original payment method after inspection, subject to banking processing times.
